Sales Lead Management Association adds inquiry management checklist

Villa Park, Calif.—The Sales Lead Management Association has added a 47-point checklist to the Resources area of its Web site,, as a tool for members to judge how well they are managing sales inquiries.

James W. Obermayer, executive director of the association, said the list is intended to help those who have or are thinking of getting a CRM system or service to manage their inquiries.

The checklist helps users identify processing gaps in data capture and access, analyze screen inquiries, keep up with profile questions and manage the grading of leads.
