Salesforce launches Sales Performance Accelerator

San Francisco— Inc. has released Sales Performance Accelerator, a sales-enablement product that combines collaboration, prospect data and sales coaching. The feature integrates three of Salesforce's CRM tools: its Sales Cloud collaboration system, driven by its enterprise social tool Chatter; its data-cleansing and enhancement service; and, the company's performance management platform powered by Ripple, which the company acquired last fall, Salesforce said in a statement. Salesforce said the integration of the three tools into a single solution can help sales departments avoid wasting time on leads based on bad or incomplete data and be guided toward more effective sales practices. Pricing of the new combo service starts at $90 per user per month.
