San Diego—Software company SAP has introduced a solution to help organizations gain real-time insights into market trends and customer sentiment. The SAP rapid-deployment tool for sentiment intelligence with SAP HANA was announced at the TDWI San Diego World Conference-Big Data Tipping Point, which is being held this week. The software enables users to analyze customer sentiment from social networking sites, communities, wikis, blogs and other online sources. It combines the information with customer relationship management text data.
