Schneider releases survey on best practices for b-to-b product launches

Boston—Marketing communications agency Schneider Associates released a study on best practices for b-to-b companies that are introducing new products or services.

The study was conducted with the Center for Business Innovation at Babson College and was based on an online survey of 98 b-to-b marketers.

It identified 10 best practices for b-to-b marketers involved in new product launches.

Among the strategies are: Have a documented launch process, establish a separate launch budget, determine launch performance metrics before the process begins and fight for a bigger budget.
