Search marketing firm iProspect acquires Range Online

Boston—Search engine marketing company iProspect has acquired Range Online Media, a Fort Worth, Texas-based search and interactive marketing agency.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

IProspect said Range’s expertise in display advertising and emerging media businesses will be added to its own capabilities in paid search and search engine optimization.

IProspect also will benefit from Range’s vertical expertise in the luxury retail, travel and hospital sectors. Range’s clients include Calvin Klein, and Toshiba America.

Misty Locke will continue to serve as Range president and will assume the new role of chief strategy officer of iProspect.
