San Mateo, Calif.--Siebel Systems will launch an international TV advertising campaign beginning April 19.
Siebel Systems said it is "specifically targeting corporate decision-makers who identify with the need to improve customer service and drive revenues in their organizations, and who may be considering a customer relationship management (CRM) software solution."
The campaign, the company said, has a lighter, more humorous tone than its past positioning.
Spots in the U.S. will appear on MSNBC, CNN Headline News, CNBC and ESPN; in the Asia-Pacific region on CNBC Asia, Australia and Nikkei; and in Europe on CNBC Europe. The ads will run until the end of June.
