Silverpop Engage adds Web forms, lead scoring features

Atlanta—Online marketing company Silverpop Systems has added new features to its Engage automated marketing platform that enhances Web visitor information-gathering and lead scoring. Addressing visitor reluctance to answer too many questions on an initial landing-page visit, Silverpop's new Progressive Web Forms Builder automatically poses new questions for each additional contact visit, to gain deeper insight, according to the company. The Multiple Lead Scoring function provides scoring models that segment based on various product lines, geographies, behaviors or loyalty levels from within the same database, Silverpop said.
