Needham, Mass.—Information media company TechTarget announced Monday the launch of a network of eight Web sites targeting various segments of enterprise IT professionals who work with Windows technologies.
TechTarget said its Windows-focused media will segment the market into areas of specialization. Sites include SearchWin2000.com, SearchWindowsSecurity.com and SearchSQLServer.com.
"The growth of Windows as an enterprise technology has made the concept of a single ‘Windows’ market meaningless," TechTarget CEO Greg Strakosch said in a statement.
TechTarget said its network of Windows sites will reach a combined audience of nearly 500,000 IT professionals.
