Needham, Mass.—TechTarget, an information technology media company, reported Monday that its revenue for the first six months of this year increased 58% compared with the same period last year. Greg Strakosch, co-founder and CEO of the privately held company, said TechTarget’s online revenue increased 72% in the period, conference revenue increased 25% and print revenue rose 40%. The growth, Strakosch said, came from existing properties, new launches such as CIO Decisions magazine, acquisitions such as Bitpipe and from partnerships such as the company’s new ventures in China and elsewhere overseas.
