Telephia: Mobile TV audience grew by 45% in Q2

San Francisco—The mobile TV audience grew by 45% to 3.7 million subscribers in the second quarter over the first, according to telecommunications research company Telephia Inc. Total mobile TV revenue increased to $86 million in the second quarter, up 67% over the first quarter. The results are the first data from Telephia’s Mobile TV Diary Report, which provides research on mobile TV viewership, revenue performance and ad preferences.
