Dallas—Database management company Teradata Corp. is making its marketing and customer interactions applications available in software-as-a-service versions. The company's Integrated Marketing Management product now integrates Teradata Applications' cloud-based solutions for marketing operations, campaign management and digital messaging. The suite allows marketers to manage campaigns and expenditures as well as design customer messaging within one tool located in the cloud, Teradata said in a statement. In addition, the company's Customer Interaction Manager also has been made available as a software-as-a service version, enabling cloud-based customer interactions across digital and traditional communications channels, the company said.
