New York—Thomson Reuters on Tuesday officially launched an interactive, on-demand video platform for financial professionals. Called Reuters Insider, the platform includes programming from Reuters and 150 content partners.
Reuters Insider is designed to give financial professionals access to video content in their specific areas of interest. “By leveraging our 2,800 journalists worldwide, Reuters Insider provides our clients with global financial market news and the credibility that accompanies local access and knowledge,” David Schlesinger, Reuters editor in chief, said in a statement.
Additionally, the video platform will allow companies—via their own branded channels—to broadcast research, market commentary and morning calls straight to Thomson Reuters subscribers, who can access the video on their computer or mobile device.
