TNS launches Web site analysis, optimization tool

London—Market research company Taylor Nelson Sofres has introduced a new Web evaluation service that identifies underperforming Web site areas and makes recommendations for improvement.

TNS' Web Performance Optimiser uses the company's TNS WebEval solution for analyzing Web site performance, combined with Web analytics capabilities from Compete, a unit of TNS Media. Compete's panel of 2 million U.S. Internet users provides behavior benchmarking data on Web usage.
