Unica debuts CRM partnering strategy

Lincoln, Mass.--Unica Corp. has started a partnering program that will have it forming CRM-oriented alliances with other direct marketers. The Unica Alliance Program will focus on co-marketing agreements with companies in, among other fields, systems integration and marketing services. While the program is new, CRM partnerships have long been core to Unica's strategy; for example, it recently entered an expansive deal with FloNetwork Inc. to integrate CRM and e-marketing services and jointly market them to clients.
