Unica upgrades NetInsight Web analytics solution

Waltham, Mass.—Marketing management software company Unica Corp. has upgraded its Web analytics package to include new website-content reporting, dashboard and metrics features.

Unica’s NetInsight 8.2 includes a new report inbox to allow marketers to better track Web analytics report findings. Also, complex parameters can now be used with richer sets of data, such as lists of values, instead of just one value per server call, according to Unica.

In addition, users now have the option of displaying report tables as part of dashboards; can choose how percentage metrics on reports are calculated (e.g., page-, report- or time-period totals); and can analyze iPhone, iPad and iPod visitors separately, the company said.
