San Francisco--Cost-per-click advertising network ValueClick, Carpinteria, Calif., announced Tuesday it has expanded its relationship with Bravo! Marketing, naming it agency of record. The move means Bravo!, San Francisco, will coordinate all media planning and buying for ValueClick, which specializes in targeted advertisements that are paid for only when a potential customer reaches the advertiser's site. Previously, Bravo! had developed ValueClick's corporate identity, implemented its public relations activities and provided other consulting services. The move appears to be a precursor to a business advertising campaign for ValueClick, which has filed for a public stock offering.
