Vivid Seats selects Contactology for e-mail marketing

Durham, N.C.—Contactology, a provider of e-mail marketing and online survey technologies, this week announced that Vivid Seats, a full-service ticket marketplace, has transitioned from an in-house system to Contactology’s Web-based application to automate and enhance its e-mail newsletter distribution service. Vivid Seats, which sells to consumers as well as corporate clients, sends 44 regional newsletters on a bimonthly basis.
