'Wall Street Journal' adds business development executives

New York--Dow Jones & Co.'s The Wall Street Journal has added two executives to its reorganized business development department. Evan Blank, who was marketing director at CNBC International, will head the financial, insurance and B-2-Insurance categories. Chuck Jennes, who came from Imagedog Media, a creative communications agency, was named automotive category manager. Both will report to Richard Hine, director of business development at the Journal.
