Warc global marketing index up in September

London—The Warc Global Marketing Index, which measures global marketing budgets, reached 52.0 in September, up from 51.5 in August. A score of 50 indicates no change in marketing budgets; a score below 50 indicates a decrease; and a score above 50 indicates growth. The marketing index for the Americas was 55.2 in September, down from 55.8 in August. In Europe, the index registered 52.8, up from 50.0; and in Asia-Pacific, the index dropped to 47.8, down from 48.2.
