Yesmail launches real-time tracking, analytics tool

Portland, Ore.—Yesmail Interactive has released YesZone, a cloud-based application that combines customer data from multiple sources to inform analytics and targeting. YesZone unites traditional customer data from such sources as transactional, point-of-purchase, social and email, and overlays it with behavioral and demographic information to provide a fuller view of customer interactions, Yesmail said in a statement. Among other features, the YesZone dashboard, business intelligence and analytics tools allow marketers to create narrow customer segments, while a campaign management tool pushes out personalized messages to customers via email, social media, Web, mobile and direct-mail channels, the company said.
