According to YouTube poster Elizabeth Evans, this is video of her daughter Abigael, who snapped after the katrillionth mention of Barack Obama and Mitt Romney. And it wasn't even an ad that was the final straw -- it was an NPR broadcast.

Young Abigael and her mother live in Colorado. The child is likely saying what every other person in a swing state is thinking.
