Russell Lambrecht is the new group creative director at Drumroll. The former executive creative director at McGarryBowen worked on the Verizon and Droid accounts; and before that, at GSD&M, as a group creative director on the "Wanna Get Away" campaign for Southwest Airlines.
Creatives Join Drumroll, DigitasLBi, Artery, Mistress

DigitasLBi has appointed Gary Lim to VP, creative director. Lim, who is relocating from BBH Asia Pacific in Singapore, has worked on Jeep's "Two Worlds" campaign; and Guinness's "Draught in a Bottle." He has also worked with Ikea, Nike, Google, Tiger Beer, Mercedes-Benz, KFC, Mini, Pepsi and the United Nations.
The Artery, formerly The Artery VFX, has named Artist Ronen Tanchum as creative and technical director of the company's newly-launched Virtual Reality/Augmented Reality division. Prior to the signing, the independent digital artist worked on movies including "Deadpool," "Transformers," "The Amazing Spiderman," "Happy Feet 2," "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles," and "The Wolverine."

Mistress has hired Iyana Sarrafieh as its new director of social media. Formely an associate director of social media at Deep Focus and a strategic planner and social media strategist at Zambezi, Sarrafieh began as a social strategy, brand channel manager at Translation. She has worked on Neutrogena, Samsung, Intel, Adidas/TaylorMade Golf, The Honest Company, Coca-Cola/fruitwater, State Farm and Bud Light Platinum.

Screen Engine/ASI and motion picture marketing executive Neil Goetz have teamed up to launch The Engine Room. The strategic creative think tank's new executive creative director was the owner and creative director of NG Marketing. Goetz has previously worked with Sony Pictures Entertainment, The Samuel Goldwyn Company, CBS Television Network, First Look Pictures, IM Global Films, Saatchi & Saatchi, Craig Murray Productions/mOcean and Intralink. Goetz has also just launched BBMG, a film and television production company.
