David & Goliath Hires Bassett, Doner L.A. Beefs Up Creative Team

Independent creative agency David&Goliath has appointed Peter Bassett as director of digital production. He was most recently director of production at TBWA/Chiat/Day, where he worked on brands including Adidas, Nissan, Miller Lite and Netflix. Prior to that, he spent time at Ogilvy & Mather New York as executive director, digital producer, as well as 180 Amsterdam as director of digital productions. There, he oversaw campaigns for Adidas and Grey Goose. Over the course of his career, Bassett has also done stints at agencies like Goodby Silverstein & Partners and AKQA.

Doner L.A. has added five new creative positions, all reporting to Executive Vice President and Executive Creative Director Jason Gaboriau.

Rachel Carlson has been promoted to associate creative director. She previously served as senior copywriter on projects for Target, Disney and Universal Studios. She has also held positions in CP&B's L.A. and Sweden offices, where she created and produced work for Grey Poupon, VitaminWater, Old Navy and Microsoft.

Drew Brooks has joined as design director and associate creative director. His most recent role was associate design director at Deutsch L.A., where he worked on web, print, packaging, product and experiential design. He oversaw design projects for Nike, McDonald's, Abbott Labs and Target, as well as album art for musician Charlie Puth.

The agency also appointed Ryan Sims and Ariana Delfini as copywriters. Previously, Sims was a creative intern at CP&B L.A. and an associate copywriter at Relevant24, a social media and content marketing agency. Delfini previously freelanced for the agency after working as an account director. She served as a copywriting intern at RPA in Santa Monica. Doner also hired Sierra Moore as an art director following her internship at Doner L.A.

Camille Imbert

Digital agency Kettle has promoted Associate Creative Director Camille Imbert to creative director. Prior to Kettle, Imbert was at FullSIX Paris, where she worked on brands including L'Oreal, Christies and New Museum, Sesame Street and Brooklyn Bridge Park.
