Fallon Announces Creative Hires, Shifts

Fallon announced this morning the addition of two group creative directors in the agency's Minneapolis office and the refortification of its New York creative department, which was gutted by layoffs in January. Todd Riddle, formerly of Hill, Holliday/Boston, has been named group creative director in Minneapolis, as has Bobby Pearce, a Fallon/N.Y. alum who arrives from Goodby Silverstein & Partners.

In New York, executive creative director Kevin Roddy and creative director Ellen Steinberg will be joined by the Swedes, art director Paul Malmstrom and copywriter Linus Karlsson, and art director Eric Cosper, all currently in the Minneapolis office. Cosper will be reunited with copywriter Scott Cooney, who transferred to New York this summer. The pair teamed together on the latest round of Buddy Lee work for Lee Dungarees. Minneapolis producer Jenny Gadd Malmstrom, wife of Paul, is also making the trip to New York to serve as senior producer.

In other creative appointments, account supervisor Courtney Culligan has made the switch to copywriter in Minneapolis, and Christopher Tolland, formerly of Leagas Delaney, has joined Fallon's Santa Monica outpost as a senior art director.
