New York-based digital agency Firstborn has hired Benny Campa as creative director. Campa has spent over 14 years on the creative side, most recently as creative director at NY digital studio Fancy Pants. Before that, he was at R/GA for more than three years as a creative director working on the Verizon, Microsoft, MasterCard, Walmart, Coke and Samsung accounts. He has also worked at AKQA. At Firstborn, Campa will focus initially on the agency's L'Oreal Luxe account.

Sid Lee's New York office has added four creatives to its team. Design director Verena Michelitsch joins from design agency RoAndCo, where she was senior designer. She first established herself as an art director as a founding member of Austrian design studio En Garde. Co-creative director Cecilia Azcarate joins from M&C Saatchi, where she was an associate creative director. Born in Spain, she has also held art director positions with New York-based agency Johannes Leonardo, Happiness Brussels and Anouk & Company in Belgium. Senior creative Andre Gidoin joins from Leo Burnett, where he was senior art director after a stint as an interactive art director for Leo Burnett in Milan. Copywriter Dana Tiel joins from Grey New York after two years at that agency.
McGarryBowen London has hired Richard Dorey and Mark McCall as creative directors. The pair will report to executive creative directors Paul Jordan and Angus Macadam. They join from McCann, where they were creative group heads on Subway, Fisher-Price, South Africa Tourist Board and Stop Ivory. Before joining McCann, they worked on O2 at London shop VCCP and on Nike, Honda and Nokia in an earlier job at Wieden & Kennedy London.
Daniel Fierro is joining Quorum Saatchi & Saatchi in Lima as executive creative director of that Peruvian agency. Fierro, who is from Argentina, was previously a creative director at Leo Burnett, in charge of Procter & Gamble's regional account for Latin America.
