RPA has appointed Tim Leake, Hyper Island's former Global Creative Innovation and Partnership Director, to the new role of Director of Growth and Innovation. At Hyper Island, Leake worked brands including Target, General Mills, Ikea and Wal-Mart. Prior to that he spent seven years at Saatchi & Saatchi NY, most recently as Creative Director and Director of Creative Innovation, having begun his career as a copywriter at TBWA/Chiat/Day in Los Angeles. Leake launched the "book written in an hour" project at the 2012 Cannes Lions and has just launched a new iPhone app, HeyDream.

Sid Lee has appointed Joseph Barbieri to lead a new content division as Managing Director, Content & Media Partnerships. Prior to joining Sid Lee, Barbieri's experience has included tenures as SVP Marketing & Business Development at Redwood and Totem, VP Content Solutions at TC Media and President of Bespoke Group Consulting.
Ogilvy & Mather Japan Group has appointed Ricardo Adolfo as Creative Director. Adolfo moved to Japan in 2012 and has been working as a consultant International Creative Director for agencies like Hakuhodo, Mori Inc and Projector. Previously he was based in Amsterdam at agencies including DDB International and 180 Amsterdam. His work has been recognized with Gold in Cannes and Grand Prix at the Eurobest. Parallel to his advertising career, Adolfo is also a novelist in his native Portuguese.
Jennifer Glendining has joined Berlin Cameron United as Executive Producer. Glendining moves over from SS+K where she worked on integrated campaigns for brands such as Obama For America, The College Board, American Student Assistance and Tommy John Underwear. She led production on "Lena Dunham's First Time" video and a branded art installation of 857 desks on The National Mall.
Minneapolis agency Solve has hired Janelle Erickson as senior writer. Erickson joins from Leo Burnett in Dubai, after four years in the Middle East. Last year, Erickson won two Cannes Lions for her work on Nawras, a telecom provider in the Middle East and North Africa. Prior to living in the Middle East, Erickson worked at Wong Doody in Seattle.
