Kerstetter Signs with, and other moves

Former Black Rocket creative director and DGA award-winning director Bob Kerstetter has signed with for worldwide commercials representation. Kerstetter won the DGA's award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Commercials in 2001. He left Black Rocket in 2002 and formed Lushadelic -- a San Francisco-based creative/production hybrid -- with Complete Pandemonium founder Stelio Kitrilakis. Kerstetter will continue to work on writing projects via Lushadelic. ... Director Mike Nelesen, formerly of Best Buy's in-house production department, has signed with Twist Films in Minneapolis. ... Brian Welsh, formerly of Humunculus Design in Venice, Calif., has joined New York's UV Phactory as a senior producer, while freelancer Alexandre Moors has signed on as an art director. ... Andrew Hall has been named head of business development and marketing at Santa Monica production company Gartner, where he will also serve as the company's West Coast and Texas rep. Hall will also maintain his current role as director of marketing for L.A. music company Musikvergnuegen.
