Cara Cutrone has joined design and visual effects studios Spontaneous as vice president, managing director. Cutrone. was previously executive producer at BlueRock and a senior producer at Charlex. She will be based in New York, overseeing all client and account relationships. Jennifer Lederman replaces her at BlueRock.

The hybrid creative team of Hugo Bierschenk and Dean Woodhouse have joined BBH New York. The team comes from BBH London, where they worked on award winning campaigns for Axe, Mentos, Myspace and British Airways and amassed 10 Cannes Lions. They are both graphic design grads of Leeds Metropolitan University.

G2, the marketing services group, has hired Bruce Henderson as chief creative officer for North America, a newly-created role. Henderson was previously at Ogilvy New York, where he spent eight years in a range of roles including group creative director. Prior to that he was editorial director at Henderson will be responsible for leading G2's creative across all practice areas, including branding and design, digital/interactive marketing, experiential marketing, shopper/promotional marketing and relationship marketing.

Lou Flores has joined Minneapolis agency Olson as a creative director. He was previously associate creative director at Team One, L.A., working on Lexus, and has worked at GSD&M, Colle+McVoy and Campbell Mithun.

Believe Media has signed Jake Nava to its roster of film and video talent. Nava has directed global campaigns for clients including Puma, Armani, HSBC and Revlon. He is also the director of music videos including Beyonce's Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It). and Kanye West's latest single Monster.
