Former Deutsch/New York group creative director Tony Fisher, most recently of Tony Fisher Advertising, has returned to the agency as a senior VP-group creative director.

Lisa Diller, formerly a senior partner and group creative director at OgilvyOne, has joined Hill, Holliday/New York as senior VP-group creative director.

David Bernstein, formerly of BBDO/New York, has joined the Wolf Group/New York as executive creative director.

Jay Giesen, formerly of The Pittsburgh Agency, has joined Blattner Brunner in Pittsburgh as a creative director.

Director Frank Todaro departed to sign with Moxie Pictures for worldwide representation. Moxie has also signed director and former Wieden + Kennedy agency producer Henry Lu and Canadian director Martin Granger, who was formerly represented by A Band Apart in the U.S.

A Mighty Wind director Christopher Guest, formerly of Moxie Pictures, has signed with Go Film for commercials representation.

Jean Lane, formerly an assistant producer at Red Car Editorial, has joined New York edit house Lost Planet as a producer.

Scott Pryor, formerly a senior producer at Bates USA, has joined New York effects boutique Brandname as executive producer.

Hires at New York's Rhinofx: Dan Vislocky, staff animator; Guy Aztmon, graphic designer; John Budion, Inferno artist; and Jesse Clemens, software specialist. All four previously freelanced for Rhino. Also, freelancer Karen Bianca, formerly head of production at Curious Pictures, has joined Rhino as a senior producer, and staffer Linda Gallagher has been promoted to associate producer.

Elissa Muddell, who left the company in 1999, has returned to New York's Wildchild editorial as VP-head of production. Muddell will also serve as executive producer at Mac Sound, the audio post company housed at Wildchild's facility.
