Mullen promotes Wenneker to CCO North America, Bru joins La Comunidad and more

Mullen has appointed Mark Wenneker as chief creative officer for Mullen North America. Wenneker will have creative oversight for all of Mullen's North American offices with an immediate focus on developing the agency's newly-opened offices in LA and San Francisco. He will be relocating from Boston to the west coast. He joined the agency as executive creative director in 2008 and was appointed CCO in Boston in 2010, overseeing new business wins including Acura, JetBlue, Google, U.S. Cellular, FAGE, iRobot and Honest Tea.

Sebastian Santana Bru is joining La Comunidad as creative director at its headquarters in Miami. Argentinean-born Bru has previously worked with agencies such as JWT, Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi and Madre Buenos Aires, and prior to joining La Comunidad, was creative director at BBDO Argentina.

New York marketing agency Campfire has hired Elena Parker as creative technologist, effective immediately. Reporting to COO Jason Sutterfield, Parker is tasked with liaising with the creative and production teams and will also be responsible for producing audio and video content. Prior to joining Campfire, Parker worked on projects for clients including HBO, The New York Public Library and FOOD52.
