72andSunny has moved newly-created partner Bryan Rowles to Amsterdam to be co-creative director of its Amsterdam office, alongside Carlo Cavalone. Rowles, one of the original creative hires at 72andsunny, has worked at the agency eight years and is known in the European market for his work on Nike Next Level, Nike Running, Call of Duty, and Bugaboo. He and Cavallone will oversee all creative work in Amsterdam and are charged with expanding the Amsterdam client base. The office's work includes campaigns for clients like Benetton, Pirelli, and last year's Gold Lion winning campaign for Heineken.

Design studio and live-action production company Eyeball has hired the management and staff of NYC audio branding company, Expansion Team. Expansion Team, which was launched in 2001 by founding partner Alex Moulton (pictured), will offer expanded audio branding services under the Eyeball name. It has created campaigns and audio brands for many agencies and clients and in collaboration with Eyeball, has been responsible for campaigns and branding for Target, Best Buy, 2K Games, Amazon, American Express, Univision Deportes, AOL, HBO, PBS and others.

Entertainment and brand marketing agency The Cimarron Group has promoted Damon Wolf to chief creative officer and head of marketing strategy. Wolf has served as president of Cimarron Entertainment since 2009 and in his new role will oversee all creative and marketing strategy for Cimarron's US and international entertainment business as well as its hospitality and brand business ventures. Prior to joining The Cimarron Group, Wolf served as the CEO of Crew Creative Advertising, a company he co-founded in 1999.

TAXI Canada has appointed Kevin Barclay as ECD of TAXI West. Barclay was formerly creative director with Calder Bateman in Edmonton, and prior to that was a senior art director at Y&R and Cossette, both in Vancouver.
