B-Reel has appointed Louis Clement as a creative director in its London office. Clement, who will work alongside Alex Jenkins, was previously co-founder of the digital agency Skive, whose clients included Nestle, Carlsberg, Vauxhall, and L'Oreal. His work there on the 'Start Thinking Soldier' recruitment campaign for the COI earned more than 20 industry awards. Clement co-founded Skive 11 years ago and became creative partner of Skive Group in 2009, when Skive acquired digital agency, Soup. Prior to co-founding Skive, Clement worked as a script editor and development executive for Pearson Television.

CP+B has promoted Dave Swartz to director of Art and Design. Swartz was most recently VP, creative director working on Best Buy, Applebee's and Windows Phone. He originally began at CP+B in 1990 as a mechanical artist in the studio and later moved to Italy to learn marble sculpting. As an art director and then a creative director at CP+B, he has created work for such brands as Mini, Shimano, Ikea, Bell, Giro, Truth, Burger King, Virgin Atlantic, Miller Lite, VW, Best Buy, B-cycle, Applebee's and Window Phone.

Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness has hired Barbara Hamilton as a creative director. She will share responsibilities for leading the department with creative directors Stuart Fink and Carol Fiorino. Hamilton was previously digital creative director for Arnold Worldwide, where she led the creative development on digital campaigns for Sanofi and Genzyme. Prior to Arnold, she led digital strategy for agencies including AKQA, McGarry Bowen, Publicis Modem, JWT and MRM, creating campaigns for brands such as Celebrity Cruises, Calvin Klein, West Elm, Citi Bank, Chase and Johnson & Johnson. As executive creative director at R/GA, Hamilton was responsible for leading the creative across the entire Johnson & Johnson account. Prior to that, she was vice president, associate creative director, at Digitas, where she spent eight years working on accounts including Viagra for Pifzer.

Shelton Group, a Tennessee-based marketing and advertising firm focused on sustainability and energy efficiency, has promoted Adam Kustin to president. Agency founder Suzanne Shelton will become chief executive officer. Kustin, who has served as vice president of the firm since 2009, will lead and oversee all client work and the firm's account service, interactive, insight and creative departments.
