Leslie Evers has signed as new head of production at Chelsea Pictures. Evers is a 25-productoin vet and has worked with directors like Joe Pytka, Steven Spielberg and George Lucas, Michael Bay, Kathryn Bigelow, Olivier Gondry, Dante Ariola, Jerry Bruckheimer, Doug Liman and Malcolm Venville.

Production companies Stink and 1stAveMachine have entered into a relationship that will give 1st Ave talents access to Stink's production network throughout Europe, extending across Stink's London, Paris and Berlin offices. 1stAveMachine was co-founded by Arvind Palem and Serge Patzak in 2004 and features a roster of talent that includes Palep, Aaron Duffy, Vinicius Costa, Antonio Balseiro, Asif Mian andTim Brown. 1st Ave also includes the experimental incubator Special Guest.

Director Johnny Green, who has shot spots for Audi, Honda, Guinness, adidas and FIFA, has joined the roster of Gorgeous. He was previously repped out of Knucklehead.

Director Jakob Marky, formerly of ACNE Stockholm and Santa Monica, has joined the roster of Hello. Marky has directed spots for Nike, Burger King, Volkswagen, Tele2, Vodafone and Visit Denmark. His U.S. work includes spots for EA's FIFA 09, Ray-Ban and an integrated campaign for Coke Zero.

The Whitehouse launched a new Chicago-based production arm, Cap Gun. EP Matt Abramson, director Alex Fendrich and production manager Kaityln Parks will be heading the divison, which will handle a variety of productions, from traditional spots to original content. Cap Gun's first work includes Craftsman's "Music Experiment" out of Y&R Chicago and an upcoming interactive project out of Leo Burnett, Chicago.

Philly-based creative agency BigsmackTV has signed Jason Salo as senior art director and Dave Zeevalk as senior visual effects director. Salo moves from NY-baseed UVPhactory and had also been an art director at Transistor Studios. Zeevalk moves from L..A. VFX shop LookFX, where he worked as lead CG artist on TV shows like Lost and Bones. He also served previous stints at Engine Room, SuperFad and Zoic Studios.

Creative agency RadioFace, which was recently launched by Tony Mennuto and Gregg Singer and teams copywriters and comedians to work on radio projects, has announced the signing of five new writers, Tom Shillue, star of his own "Comedy Central Presents"; improv, sketch and standup comedian Ari Voukydis; managing editor Michelle Collins, writer/improve actor Nicol Paone and actor/writer Pam Murphy, who currently perform improv and sketch comedy with Upright Citizens' Brigade.
