Crossroads Films has added Mathias Hovgaard to its roster of directors. Hovgaard, 30, has directed campaigns for T-Mobile and is known his online film for Lada - Jump- which received millions of views online, resulting in him being shortlisted for the YDAs and Saatchi & Saatchi's New Directors, as well as listed as a Director to Watch by Creativity in 2008. He has a Masters in Film and Media, and began his career as a set runner.

Matthew Ryan, founder of 4th Amendment Wear, is joining GOOD/Corps as creative director. Ryan, who held previous positions at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, AMV BBDO London, and Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand, won Gold Lions for Promo and Activation at Cannes this summer for 4th Amendment Wear. He will be based in LA, and has been appointed alongside Ashley Jacobs, who is joining GOOD/Corps as head of partnerships & strategy. GOOD/Corps launched three months ago, with the aim of aligning companies' strategy with social impact, and counts MasterCard among its clients.

Nola Pictures is launching a full-service animation division, NolaMola. The launch was born in part from its animated short 'The Spider' created by Juan Delcan for Louise Bourgeois in 2008, and the studio hopes to make films in collaboration with fine artists a key component of its workflow. It is currently developing a collaborative film inspired by the work of Kiki Smith scheduled for release in late 2011. The team, including director Delcan and JJ Wilmoth heading up production, has also conceived and produced animation for commercial projects including Pfizer, Chilevision, De Beers, CFDA, JetBlue, Sundance Channel, Burlington Coat Factory, Weis Markets and U2.

John Adams has joined bi-coastal Original for exclusive representation. Adams, who specializes in comedy, joins Original after 10 years at Los Angeles-based Form where he directed campaigns for Bud Light, AT&T, Home Depot, Snickers and others. He began his career on the agency side as a copywriter and producer, including tenures at Hal Riney & Partners and Wieden & Kennedy, and broke into directing while serving as head of production at DDB Needham, Dallas.

Code Film has added director Jason Harrington to its roster. Harrington has completed jobs for clients such as BMW, SAAB, Pfizer, Martini (featuring Gwyneth Paltrow), Saturn, Toyota, Nivea, and Bvlgari as well as PSAs for the Red Cross. His work has been recognized by the British D&AD, BDA awards, Chicago International Television and Film Festivals, The Mobius advertising awards and The International Monitor Awards, amongst others.
