The pair had been group creative directors, overseeing some of the agency's notable integrated work for Frito-Lay, including the recent Crash the Super Bowl effort for Doritos, and the 626 horror franchise. Prior to Goodby, the pair made waves at W+K/Amsterdam as the CW/AD team on Coca-Cola's "Happiness Factory." Goodby has also promoted Creative Director Margaret Johnson and Group Account Director Nancy Reyes to associate partners.

Saatchi & Saatchi has promoted Maru Kopelowicz to global creative director on the Tide/Ariel worldwide business. She had been VP/CD on Tide for North America since June 2008. Prior to this, the Argentina-born creative had been a CD at Conill Advertising in Miami, working on P&G brands like Tide, Pampers and Crest for the Hispanic market. She also previously worked at Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, where she rose to regional creative director on Pampers Latin America.

Steve Mykolyn has added creative leadership of TAXI Europe in Amsterdam to his current role overseeing creative of TAXI North America.

BBDO Atlanta's Bobby Pearce was promoted from executive creative director to chief creative officer. Pearce has led creative on AT&T and launched REI's first TV campaign. Prior to BBDO, co-founded creative shop Damman Pearce after working at Fallon, MN under David Lubars.

72andSunny has acquired bicoastal full-service social media and PR firm Unlock PR. Kerry Fitzmaurice, founder of Unlock, will take on the post of PR Director of the new division, 72andSunnyPR.

Paranoid U.S. has signed director Cedric Nicolas-Troyan to its roster. Nicolas-Troyan moves from Psyop and is is an accomplished effects veteran who had also served as CCO of Method before moving into directing. Along with longtime partner Laurent Ledru, he helped to launch the L.A. office of Psyop.

Paranoid U.S. has also named Matej Purg as head of production. Purg was most recently at Biscuit Films, and before that worked at Hungry Man.

Director Steven Diller has signed to Station Film for commercial representation. Diller's credits include spots for Ikea, Miller, Sirius and Cazadores.

Todd Sarsfield has joined MassMarket's New York office as visual effects supervisor, after an eight-year run at Digital Domain. Sarsfield has collaborated with directors like David Fincher, Lance Acord and Mark Romanek. He also worked with director Joseph Kosinksi on the overall look development of the upcoming Tron Legacy film. His reel includes spots for Lexus, Visa, VW, BMW, Sony, Nike, Apple and adidas, for agencies like Crispin, Fallon, Goodby, Wieden and more.

Director Didier Barcelo joins Hello for U.S. commercial representation. Barcelo has shot spots for VW, Orange, IKEA and Toyota. After working as a copywriter, he began directing in 2003 out of French production shops Quad and Les Telecreateurs.

Mark Beardall has joined Framestore as senior flame artist. His CV includes collaborations with directors like Luke Scott, Chris Cunningham and Johnny Green, and spots for Gucci, Coke and Evian.
