Former Smuggler producer Jeff Miller has launched Interrogate, a new production company based in Los Angeles and N.Y. Joining the company's roster are the Snorri Brothers, along with directors from Outsider U.K. including James Rouse, Bart Timmer and Jörn Threlfall. The shop will work across disciplines, producing spots, long form branded content, music video and film. It will also have a presence in London via its affiliation with Outsider.

Mike Sutton has joined Toronto agency Zulu Alpha Kilo as managing director, from Director of Client Services at Grip, where he spent the last five years helping to build the agency's digital capabilities. Sutton started his career at digital agency Henderson Bas and led strategic development of large-scale digital programs for Molson Coors,, Nike and Coca-Cola.

DDB Chicago today officially announced that former Chi and Partners ECD and managing partner Ewan Paterson would be joining the agency on June 21 as Chief Creative Officer. Paterson's appointment was reported in April, but the agency had not provided comment.

Former Go Film Partner/Executive Producer Robert Wherry has launched a new production company, Assembly Films, with offices in New York and Santa Monica. The new shop's roster will include Kevan Bean, Craig Brownrigg, Carolyn Chen, and Jorn Haagen. Prior to forming Assembly, Wherry was Partner/Executive Producer at GO Film.

Passion Pictures has signed Buenos Aires-based design and film studio Cinco for representation in Europe and North America. The collective is dedicated to a "handcrafted" style and has created work for brands like MTV, Sprite, Fiat and the UK band Vertical Montanas.

Director Patrick Sherman has joined Caviar Content. He was previously repped out of Anonymous Content and has shot spots for clients like Pepsi, Toyota, PlayStation, Axe, Dodge, Saturn and Visa.

Commercial and feature filmmaker Vadim Perelman has joined the roster of Crossroads Films. Perelman has directed for brands like GM, Microsoft, Kellogg's, MasterCard, GMC, and Chevy and agencies including Saatchi & Saatchi, Element 79, Gotham, McCann Erickson, TBWAChiatDay and Deutsch. Perelman's video credits include Kelly Clarkson's Because of You and the features House of Sand and Fog and Life Before Her Eyes, starring Uma Thurman. He is currently working his next film, The Song of Names starring Anthony Hopkins and Dustin Hoffman.

Minneapolis-based mono has announced a pair of new hires: designer Milton Un and project leader Kate Kjellberg. Un was previously a designer at Olson Advertising in Minneapolis and graduated from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design. Kjellberg moves from Carmichael Lynch, where she spent eight years and was most recently director of creative services.

Matt Bretz has been promoted to executive creative director at The Ant Farm, from creative director.

LBi has announced that former LBi UK Head of Media and Director of Strategic Services Caroline McGuckian has been named Managing Director of LBi IconMedialab in Milan,which services clients like Lavazza, Alfa Romeo and the European Space Agency.
