Puebla heped steer Burnett's Lisbon office on award-winning efforts earning 11 Lions at Cannes this year, as well as a spot on Creativity's most awarded agencies list.

Thierry Halbroth has been named joint ECD at McCann Worldgroup Hong Kong, where he will join ECD Sylvester Song in leding the agency's creative team on Cathay Pacific Worldwide. Prior to joining McCann, Halbroth worked at M&C Saatchi as Director of Integrated Services, were he managed online creative and integrated marketing activities for British Airways and Qantas. Director Jose Antonio Prat has joined the roster of Tool of North America, moving from Supply and Demand. Prat has directed for agencies like Crispin, Vegaolmosponce and la comunidad, on spots for Coke Zero, MasterCard, Renault and Axe.

Former Crispin Porter + Bogusky Associate Technical Director Mat Ranauro has joined Publicis & Hal Riney in the newly created role of SVP, Director of Interactive. His job will be to lead the agency's digital growth and elevate its digital proficiency across all departments and clients.

Katie Kempner has been appointed to senior vice president, corporate communications for MDC Partners. In her new role she will provide strategic communications counsel to all MDC Partners agencies. She previously served as vp/director of agency communications for MDC Partners Agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky.

Tool of North America has signed Director Jose Antonio Prat, formerly of Supply and Demand to its roster. Prat specializes in commercial campaigns that are marked by both visual sophistication and humor which play out like miniature situation comedies, following a perfect arc from joke setup to punchline. Prat recently collaborated with CP+B on multiple campaigns including Coke Zero, as well as working with top ad shops such as la comunidad and Vegaolmosponce to name a few. His additional spotwork includes efforts for brands such as MasterCard, Axe Body Spray and Renault.

Commercials director and CD of Zosimo Maximo has been named chief creative officer of Karma Media Group, a newly formed division of Karma Kollective. Maximo spent the last three years as CD of youth and pop culture website, executive producing and directing branded content for Puma, Toyota, Nike, X-Box Live Universal Music Group and more. His recent efforts include work with Saatchi L.A., including Toyota's Rock the Space band competition for My Space Records, and the new 610L demo for, and Puma documentary film on the Gumball Rally 3000.
