Cranin will be the creative director of newly formed outfit [email protected], based in the Martin Agency's New York office. Cranin previously held the role of McCann Worldgroup worldwide CD and was behind campaigns like Mastercard's "Priceless" and the U.S. Army's "Army Strong." He helped bring Sun Life Financial to Martin agency and continued consulting with the agency since, resulting in the newly formalized collaboration.

Former DDB Director of Broadcast Production Bob Nelson has joined Eyeball as president. He will focus on expanding the design company's advertising roster. Nelson is a longtime production player, having also served in lead production roles at Lowe, TBWA and Levine Huntley Schmidt and Beaver, with a client list that includes Diet Pepsi, N.Y. Lottery, Anheuser Busch, Heineken, Diet Coke, Mercedes and more.

Fallon Minneapolis recently announced the promotions of agency vets Rocky Novak, Aki Spicer and Marty Wetherall. Former group media director Novak has been named director of digital development; Spicer, who last served as account planning director becomes director of digital strategy and former senior integrated producer Wetherall becomes director of innovation.

Tommy Murov has joined Jump as EP of the company's New York office, after serving as EP at Spot Welders. Murov had helped to launch Spot Welders' New York operations in 2006 and has worked on clients like BMW, Nike, United Airlines, Honda and more.

James Pearson will be joining Golden Square as executive producer. Pearson has previously served in production and business development roles at MPC, Blink and other London production companies. He also worked at Flaming CGi, working in high-end 3D for the architectural, broadcast, communication and marketing industries.

Digital production company Disqo has brought on Helen Tucker-Lalloo as senior project manager. She moves from Dare, where she served in the same role and oversaw projects for Sony Ericsson, FIFA World Cup and ITV digital.

Former Domani Studios senior motion designer Justin Young joins Firstborn as motion designer. At Domani, his clients included AOL, Allstate, Coca-Cola, Walmart and Sprint. Former Poke, N.Y. project manager/strategist Sandy Bell also joins as planner and strategist. Bell's client creds include Sephora, Dyson and Stella Artois.
