DDB Chicago has hired Argentinian creative team Ariel Abramovic and Bruno Acanfora from BBDO in Argentina to be associate directors. Abramovic was a senior copywriter and Acanfora was a senior art director at BBDO, and they also previously worked together at Santo Buenos Aires and Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi. The pair have collected nearly 50 awards, including a Gold Lion and Gold Clio for their work on Procter & Gamble Ariel Route, and were also previous winners of the Cannes Young Lions film competition and . Their brand experience also includes Nike, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Unilever, YouTube, Gatorade and Diesel.

MRB Productions, the production company founded by Matthew Brady in 2001 has signed Stephen Gyllenhaal to its roster as a commercial director. MRB signed Gyllenhaal, whose credits include the film ParisTrout and TV series including Twin Peaks and Blue Bloods, after working with him on the upcoming MRB Productions independent feature film, Grassroots starring Jason Biggs.

IKA Collective, the creative production/post studio led by director/brand strategist Ian Karr, has forged an alliance with Mixology Post, the original music/sound design/audio post studio founded by composer/engineer Rob Kahn (pictured, left). Kahn, who will continue to operate Mixology as an independent company, is available to IKA Collective clients looking for original music/sound design/audio post.
