Director Andrew Douglas has joined RESET for worldwide representation. Douglas, who joins long time colleagues Dave Morrison and David Fincher, from their previous company, Anonymous Content, has directed films and documentaries as well as commercials for the likes of Apple, Bank of America and Jeep. He is also finishing his soon to be released feature "u want me to kill him?", co-produced with Anonymous and Bad Hat Harry.

Director Eden Tyler has joined bi-coastal Original for U.S. representation. Tyler has directed work for such brands as Sony, Doritos, AMC, Pringles and the Partnership for a Drug-Free America, as well as several campaigns for Johnson & Johnson's Clear & Clear teen beauty products via DDB, New York, including the viral ad "Splash Mob". Early on in Tyler's directing career he directed a series of public services ads for the Partnership for a Drug-Free America that included "Frying Pan", featuring Rachael Leigh Cook. In more recent years, his work includes spots for Folgers, AT&T, Hershey's, The Home Depot, Chrysler and Coca-Cola. has acquired 1000memories, the San Francisco-based startup founded by former Wieden + Kennedy creative Rudy Adler. Hello Design, the LA-based digital creative agency, has promoted Scott Arenstein and Szu Ann Chen Smith (pictured) to partners. Arenstein will continue to serve as account director and Chen Smith as executive producer in addition to their new roles. Arenstein oversees agency of record accounts including Herman Miller and Tillamook and has managed clients including Mattel, Callaway Golf, and Intel.Chen Smith has managed projects including Herman Miller, Dermalogica, General Mills, and Nike.
