Director Joshua Neale has joined Smuggler for worldwide representation. Documentarian Neale is behind the 2007 film Karaoke Soul and the 2006 documentary The Boy Who Killed His Best Friend, for the BBC Four series "My Crazy Life." His advertising credits include the 2008 documentary launching the new Jazz for Honda, via W+K, London, followed by Nokia's 97 Portraits Series. His more recent work includes two spots for Lurpak's "Joy of Creation" campaign. Neale will also soon debut a new documentary, A Sorry Story for BBC Four.
Arthur Fullerton has joined Zig as director of technology. Fullerton was previously director of technology and Fust Marketing Group in Toronto, and designed and executed interactive projects for clients like Sony Canada, TELUS, Mercedes Benz Canada and Canadian Tire.
Rupert Samuel has been named EVP/production at goodness Mfg. & Trailer Park, Los Angeles, from senior VP/director of integrated production. His role has expanded to oversee the company's entire production arm, following the departure of former SVP/director of integrated production Matt Bonin to become EP at Tool.
Editor Paul Jutras has joined the roster of Rooster Post. Jutras edited the film 'C.R.A.Z.Y' and spots for Sport Chek, Dairy Farmers of Canada, Literacy Foundation, Volkswagen, Fido and a 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics brand spot for Bombardier.
Jon Bond has joined Victors & Spoils as Strategic Partner. The industry vet co-founded Kirshenbaum, Bond, Senecal + Partners, and will help lead strategy on the shop's unique crowdsourcing-based model. Bond had left KBS+P in February 2010 to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors.

Euro RSCG London announced a number of new hires. Gedeon Stol joins the agency in the newly created role of Head of Innovation. He joins from RAPP Limited, where he was Director of Innovation and worked on clients like Pfizer, Philips, GlaxoSmithKline and Skype. He also previously worked at Remedy Six as creative technologist, and Harrison Troughton Wunderman as head of the creative development team. Eloise Smith joins as creative director, from Work Club, where she led projects for Nokia and Kraft. She had also been at AKQA. There, she worked on efforts for Smirnoff, Nike, Coca Cola and Marmite. The London office has also signed former Mother London creative team Borja Alvarez and Enrique Reija, whose client creds include Stella Artois and Oasis.
The Ant Farm has promoted Matt Bretz to executive creative director. Bretz had served as CD for five years.
Streetlight Film USA, a sibling company to Streetlight Films UK has opened for business with an office in Los Angeles, headed by Taylor Pinson. Pinson had been head of production at Believe Media for 3 years and worked on staff and shops like Propaganda, Harmony Pictures and The End.
Brickyard VFX signed two to its Boston Team, Executive Producer of Special Projects Michael McCarthy and Visual Effects Producer Lucy Herzog. McCarthy returns to the company after five years as a freelance VFX producer. McCarthy also returns after five years of freelancing.
