Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam CDs Eric Quennoy and Mark Bernath, the team behind the Nike's "Write the Future," have been promoted to joint ECDs, replacing Jeff Kling, who is leaving the agency. At the agency, the pair have led work on Nike as well as EA Sports. Quennoy has been at W+K Amsterdam since 2006, after working with David Droga at Publicis in New York. Bernath had signed on in 2007 to join Quennoy in leading creative on EA, after moving from Ogilvy & Mather, New York, where he worked on Miller, Foster's and Time Warner Cable. Prior to that, he worked at Publicis, New York.

Nick Chapman has joined Pereira O'Dell as director of strategy, from Venables Bell and Partners, where he was brand strategy director for ConAgra brands Orville Redenbacher's, Slim Jim and Chef Boyardee, and for Vizio and HBO. Chapman's advertising career began at Saatchi & Saatchi London, where he was an account executive on clients like Sony and the British Army. He later moved to TBWA London as an account planner and then to the States at TBWA/Chiat/Day, Los Angeles, where he worked on Playstation, Shell and Pedigree.

Editor José Luis Amador has signed with Post:Op in Dallas. Mr. Amador brings 12 years of experience working on behalf of the some of the largest international consumer brands for agencies in Miami, Florida, and Los Angeles, California, including five years with Accent Marketing editing Hispanic commercial spots for Alltel, General Motors, Kaiser Permanente, U.S. Navy, American Heart Association and the U.S. Government. A member of Latin rock band Minimal Mr. Amador created and co-produced music documentary for one of his favorite bands, Café Tacuba of Mexico, which aired on Mun2 Channel in 2007.

The Creative Circus has launched the advertising industry's first interactive development program. The program focuses on teaching students the critical scripting and programming languages in use today, along with up-and-coming applications, and then training those students to work with creative teams to help bring real-world interactive projects to life. David Haan is executive director of the Circus.

Live-action executive producer Mark Hyatt and VFX expert George Cawood have united to launch MAKE + MODEL, a full-service creative studio with integrated capabilities covering all stages of the production process. The studio has already created spots for Kmart, Office Depot and Verizon, and forthcoming work includes a project with Nascar Media Group, which will use it as a strategic partner for broadcast advertisements. MAKE + MODEL will share a facility with design, production and visual effects studio Framework, which Mr. Cawood founded in 2004, as well as creative studios Big Picture and Attribution.

Create the Group announced a number of new hires and promotions in its New York office. Maryssa Miller, most recently director, e-commerce at Lacoste joins the company as VP, e-commerce; Justin Edwards, who has held creative roles at Maker Is, Atmosphere BBDO and Domani Studios, joins as associate creative director; and Anna Vogel, who previously worked with such brands as Coppola Winery, Google, Palm, BBC and BBC America, joins as director-user experience. Additionally, Diana Hong has been promoted to senior VP-creative director, Carina Liebeknecht has been promoted to senior VP-director of client services; and Simona Ternblom has been promoted to associate creative director. Create the Group drives digital commerce and design initiatives for huge brands such as Burberry, David Yurman, Donna Karan, Juicy Couture, Kate Spade New York, Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs.
