Wieden + Kennedy, Portland has appointed Eric Baldwin as global creative director for the Levi's account, with Craig Allen promoted to Baldwin's former role as creative director for Old Spice and Electronic Arts. The changes follow Eric Kallman's departure to join Barton F. Graf 9000 as ECD. Baldwin (left), who joined W+K from Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners in 2006, will partner with Tyler Whisnand on Levi's.

Allen (left) joins Jason Bagley on Old Spice and EA. Together with Baldwin, he was part of the creative team behind the interactive Old Spice Response Campaign. He has been with W+K since 2008, working as a copywriter/art director on Old Spice, Nike, Coke,, and Electronic Arts. He previously worked at TBWA/Chiat/Day New York.

Stink has signed Luis Nieto, the Colombian-born director whose work includes spots for Nike through Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam, Sprint through Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, and Heineken through Berlin Cameron United, for UK representation. After working as an art director in Colombia, Nieto began his career as a director in France with work including a series of short films for Canal+ entitled The Prof. Nieto Show. Paranoid US represents Luis Nieto in the United States.

Editorial services group Hooligan has launched in New York, offering offline and online editing as well as graphic design solutions under one roof. The group has four founding partners: Eric Carlson, Kane Platt and Rosemary Quigley (all ex Chinagraph)and Barney Miller (who founded Company X Edit). Partner/ executive producer Quigley and executive producer Sue Wladar will manage Hooligan on the executive side. Jordan Green, Greg Letson, Jane Keller, Peter Mostert, Thomas Ostuni and Pete Slife also join its roster.
