Ogilvy & Mather's global creative director, Ivan Pols, has joined Adam & Eve/DDB as creative director, working on the agency's Unilever brands Lipton, Flora and Wall's. Pols started his career in 1998 as an art director at the South African agency HarrisonHuman, acquired by O&M in 2003. He has also been an associate creative director at O&M Toronto, working on Dove, Hellmann's and Shreddies.
Pols Joins Adam & Eve/DDB and Stun Creative Hires Vamosy

Creative agency and branded content production company Stun Creative has hired Michael Vamosy as chief creative officer. Vamosy, who will lead creative work across Stun and its animation and design division Buster, was previously seniorVP, creative services at Starz where he led campaigns on the network's original series "Outlander," "Black Sails," "Power" and "DaVinci's Demons," as well as rebrands for Starz and Encore. Prior to that he was senior VP of design at Fox Broadcasting and VP of design at FX Networks.


Pittsburgh agency Marc USA has hired two creative directors, writer Alison Hammer and art director Dan O'Donnell. Hammer joins from Draft/FCB Chicago where she was an associate creative director working on Kmart, Motorola, Hampton Inns and other accounts. She has also worked at Mullen, Deutsch, TBWA/Chiat Day and BBDO.. O'Donnell was most recently an associate creative director at Boston-based Arnold Worldwide, working on accounts including Ocean Spray, Tyson, Titleist and Santander. He previously worked at such agencies as Connelly & Partners, Fallon, Digitas, Hill Holiday and Mullen.
