Droga5 is hiring Jason Severs as chief design officer, a new role at the agency. Severs joins Droga5 with more than 20 years of design and leadership experience. Most recently, he was director of experience design and strategic initiatives at Verizon. Prior to that, he spent 11 years at Frog Design, where he was the executive creative director for the New York studio and global experience strategy lead. He has worked on brands such as American Express, United Nations, Google and Under Armour.

Ryan Lietaer is joining The Community London as managing director of the London office opened by the Miami-based agency in February. The move sees Lietaer reunited with Executive Creative Director Mark Hunter after they met at Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam 10 years ago. Lietaer led W&K's global Coca-Cola business before leaving to become general manager of BBDO Paris, where in addition to leading international new business, he spearheaded the global Pepsi and HP accounts. He then left BBDO to launch his own creative agency, Peoplewelike, in 2013. His clients there included LVMH, Suntory, Schweppes, Diageo, L'Oreal, Le Coq Sportif and Weight Watchers.

Publicis London is appointing Sandra Bold, Ricardo Porto and Victor Bustani as senior creatives. All three will report into Dave Monk, executive creative director of Publicis London. Bold is a copywriter who joins from MRM/McCann Bucharest, where she was head of copy. She was previously a copywriter at Saatchi & Saatchi Bucharest, and Mercury 360 Bucharest. Porto and Bustani join as a creative team from Grey Brasil and FCB Brasil. Porto has also worked at MullenLowe São Paulo and Age Isobar (now McGarryBowen). Prior to Grey, Bustani was at FCB Brasil and worked on a Cannes Lion Grand Prix winning project for Nivea called "The Protection Ad."

Fitzgerald & Co (Fitzco) is hiring Bear Collins as senior creative technologist. Collins comes to Fitzco from BBDO NY, where as creative technologist he helped launch the agency's Innovation Lab in 2015. He attended VCU Brandcenter and received his master's degree in business with a creative ad/creative tech concentration.

Zambezi is appointing Dawn Thomas as head of culture strategy and content innovation, with particular responsibility for the agency's Samsung business. Her career has included working for Will Smith's production company, Overbrook Entertainment, managing film and television projects. She later founded the company's interactive marketing division, developing digital content and franchise strategies. She has also run a consultancy for creative talent, TV networks and brands and started her own interactive content platform, Koi Media, producing immersive narratives (including VR and 360) aimed at women.

Tribal Worldwide London is hiring Jade Tomlin, former creative group head at Hugo & Cat, as a creative director reporting to Executive Creative Director Victoria Buchanan. In earlier roles at Havas-owned Work Club and at BBH Singapore, she produced integrated campaigns for Levis, before joining the London Blast Radius team. Prior to joining Tribal, she worked with brands including Ford and Sony.

Amsterdam agency 180 Kingsday is recruiting Steve Brown, TBWA/Helsinki chief content officer and creative director, as content and innovation director. Brown joins alongside his TBWA/Helsinki partner, data and insights strategist Jeroen van Hove. Van Hove was chief data officer at TBWA/ Helsinki, and worked on content for clients such as T-Mobile, Dell, Volkswagen, Nissan and Carlsberg Group.

Prior to joining Set, Doyle was deputy director of operations at WRG Live.

Brighton, U.K-based marketing agency Brilliant Noise is hiring Gareth James as the agency's first ever creative director. James was previously creative partner at Aqueduct London, where he led the branding, design and UX of creative technology initiatives. Before that, he was chief creative officer at TMW Unlimited, growing its creative department to 60 staffers.
