Last night at the Beverly Hills Hotel, the Association of Independent Creative Editors announced the winners of its 2009 AICE show. This year's event featured twelve international categories as well as nine Best of Chapter Awards. Rock Paper Scissors' Angus Wall, who earlier this year was co-nominated for an Academy Award with fellow RPS editor Kirk Baxter for the pair's work on The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, took home two honors. One was in the storytelling category for another collaboration with director David Fincher, Nike's "Fate". Wall earned his second nod, along with RPS editor Terence "Biff" Butler, for a national campaign for Nike Training.

Other winners include Big Sky's Chris Franklin, who earned the comedy prize for Planters Peanuts' "Perfume"; Arcade editor Kim Bica, who nabbed the dialogue award for NBA "Win," cut while she was at her former shop Lost Planet; Peep Show's Gary Knight, who topped the Montage category with Adidas Originals' "House Party"; PS 260's Maury Loeb who took the music/sound not for Hummer's "The Open" and Filmcore's Livio Sanchez, who scored in music videos for Gnarls Barkley's "Who's Gonna Save My Soul."
