  • Kutiman, an Israeli mashup artist, cuts together YouTube videos of people playing instruments to create seven new songs on his site, ThruYou. Thanks VSL.

  • Dataviz artist Creativity 50 alum Aaron Koblin, with Daniel Massey, cobbled together 2,088 voices for the online installation "Bicycle Built For 2,000." Through Amazon's Mechanical Turk web service, contributors were paid $0.06 to record short clips, which were then sewn together to collectively sing "Daisy Bell," a tune you might remember from HAL's death in 2001: A Space Odyssey.

  • For Funny or Die, the Mad Men star throws aside dapper Draper to play Lex Luthor asking the President for bailout money. That is, to save his struggling corporation and kill Superman.
