Popp, Immesoete to Shoot New Bud Work

Between them, they've created some of the highest profile beer work in the industry. Now DDB/Chicago executive producer Greg Popp and creative director John Immesoete are turning their talents to directing, as they prepare to co-direct the next Budweiser campaign via Partizan and Toronto's Radke Films.

The series of performance-driven spots will test the new directors' flair for subtle comedy with "True" life scenarios like those featured in recent Bud spots, such as "Birthmark," in which a zealous suitor steps over the line with his gal's parents while editorializing about the merits of her physical assets. -Teressa Iezzi
