Winston Binch, managing director at Crispin Porter + Bogusky, is moving to join Deutsch LA as partner, chief digital officer. Binch has been partner, managing director at CP+B since 2005.
His role at Deutsch will be to head its digital team of 190, working on digital efforts across its clients, including Volkswagen, PlayStation, HTC, Snapple and Dr Pepper, as well as driving business development.
At CP+B, Binch had been responsible for management of digital work on brands including American Express, Microsoft, Old Navy, Coke Zero, and Burger King. For the last year and a half, he had focused on business development. Prior to CP+B he worked at R/GA, on the Nike account, and Sony Music Online. His awards include Cannes Cyber Lions, Andys, One Show and Clios and he is also a founder and board member of Boulder Digital Works at the University of Colorado.
