Tribal DDB North America has hired Krishnan Menon as chief strategic officer. Mr. Menon, 31, is charged with growing the e-commerce and customer relationship marketing areas and furthering multi-channel efforts. He will report to Matt Freeman, CEO of Tribal DDB Worldwide, a full-service interactive agency owned by Omnicom Group.

In another move, OMD Digital, an interactive media arm of Omnicom, elevated Sean Finnegan to director of its U.S. operations from director-Midwest, with an eye on boosting growth by 20% within three years. Mr. Finnegan, 33, will oversee the 70-person unit, with offices in Chicago and New York, and will expand the three-person office on the West Coast. He reports to OMD Midwest General Manager Kathleen Brookbanks, who heads the agency's digital operations as a member of the operating council.
